 Instructions

Assess what self-care activities are best for you by writing them down.

  1. Take 10 minutes to yourself. Find a quiet place. Get a pen and paper to jot down ideas.
  2. Imagine that you have the day all to yourself. No kids, no work, no errands to run, no chores, no deadlines to meet…
  3. What would be the first thing you would do for yourself? What would be the second and third?
  4. What gives you peace?
  5. Write these things down.

Burnout is a real thing. If you are not proactive with self-care, it will not happen. A great place to start is to make this list.
