About Us

Aloha at Home strives to increase positive outcomes for children and families by bringing Aloha at Home. We support the healthy development of Hawaii’s children and to strengthen families through the Aloha Values with the five protective factors: Parental Resilience, Social Connections, Concrete Support in Times of Need, Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development, and Social and Emotional Competence of Children.

Aloha at Home is a project of the Safe & Nurturing Families initiative of the of Early Childhood Action Strategy. The Early Childhood Action Strategy (ECAS) is a statewide public-private collaborative designed to improve the system of care for Hawaii’s youngest children and their families. The Safe & Nurturing Families initiative seeks to develop a statewide framework to decrease family violence and support the healthy development of Hawaii’s children by bringing Aloha into Homes.
